Setting up with Highlight

This MCP is not yet compatible with Highlight’s one-click setup. However, you can still use it with Highlight by following these steps:

Download and install Highlight from highlightai.com/download
Navigate to the plugins tab and select "Add Custom Plugin"
Configure the plugin with the settings below

A note from us

We have been building tools and systems for ourselves for the past two years. The fact that this repo is small and has few stars is not because it is new. It is because we only just decided to share what we have built. It is not a fresh experiment, it is a long story with a recent commit.

Beyond sequential workflows:

- crew_council runs several personas on the same question independently (blind first-pass, anti-anchoring) then synthesizes consensus, real dissent and a recommendation. mode: "debate" forces genuine disagreement (steelman the counter-position); an optional in-role judge arbitrates.
- crew_ensemble summons a standing multi-voice team (board, product-team, content-studio, growth-pod, founders-room — or an ad-hoc list) that you keep talking to, addressing roles on demand ("CFO, what about the runway?").
- Optional flags: crmBrief: true pulls live CRM numbers first; pdf: true offers a shareable PDF session-protocol.

Personas and workflows are browsable as MCP resources — preview them without activating. resources/templates/list advertises the dynamic URIs:

Why this approach?

Multi-agent fleets are expensive. Every agent needs its own LLM API call.

Crew runs as one MCP server that swaps Claude's persona on demand. The reasoning still happens in your normal Claude subscription — no extra inference costs, no agent orchestration layer, no token accounting per persona.

You get the focused-expert effect (CFO answers financial questions like a CFO, not a generalist) without the bills.
