Setting up with Highlight

This MCP is not yet compatible with Highlight’s one-click setup. However, you can still use it with Highlight by following these steps:

Download and install Highlight from highlightai.com/download
Navigate to the plugins tab and select "Add Custom Plugin"
Configure the plugin with the settings below

Plugin Name Stockflow Mcp

Command (node, npx, python, etc.)

Please refer to the README for specific instructions on how to obtain API keys or other required environment variables.
Enable "Start Automatically" if you want the plugin to start when Highlight launches

Setting up with Cursor

Open Cursor's settings
Navigate to the MCP section
Click "Add new Global MCP server"

`search_assets`

Search Stockflow.media's royalty-free catalog (18,000+ 8K stock images and 4K video clips). Returns watermarked preview URLs that can be used directly in presentations, videos, mockups and designs, plus the license page where the user can buy the full-resolution file (from $1).

`get_categories`

List Stockflow.media's asset categories with cover images and asset counts. Useful to explore what's available before searching.

`get_asset`

Get full details for one asset by its Stockflow File_ID (e.g. '20260622_01471').

`download_preview`

Download an asset's watermarked preview file to a local path so it can be embedded in a presentation, video project or design draft. For the full-resolution unwatermarked file, the user must license it at the asset's license_page.
