SigParser now connects directly to AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Harvey AI, Athena, and other MCP-compatible assistants through a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. This means you can access your contact database, company records, and relationship intelligence without ever leaving your AI workspace.
This feature requires an active SigParser subscription.
Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that allows AI assistants to securely connect to external data sources and tools. By connecting SigParser’s MCP server to a compatible AI tool, your assistant can access andquery your SigParser data—contacts, companies, relationships, and more—in real time, as part of a natural conversation.
You can alsocreate and update records, as well astrigger enrichment, directly from within your AI assistant.
Once connected, your AI assistant can access:
- Contacts— names, email addresses, phone numbers, titles, seniority levels, location, interaction history, and relationship metrics
- Companies— name, domain, industry, employee count, location, and overall relationship metrics
- Relationships— the full history between any team member and any external contact, including emails sent and received, meetings held, relationship score (0–100), and interaction dates(Team subscription or higher required)
- Coworkers— basic profile info on internal team members with connected mailboxes
- Job Experiences— career history for contacts enriched via LinkedIn

Access to the MCP server is controlled by a dedicated“Can Use MCP Endpoint”(mcp_use)permission.

- Must be enabled for a user’s role by an admin before they can connect

TheAll Relationshipsfeature is available on Team subscriptions and above.
If SigParser is not yet in the app store for your MCP-compatible assistant, you can configure your MCP client with the following:
- Transport:HTTP (streamable)
- URL:https://ipaas.sigparser.com/api/mcp
MCP clients that support OAuth 2.0 — such as Claude Desktop — handle authentication automatically. You can connect directly via the Claude marketplace without any manual configuration. The client will guide you through signing in to your SigParser account.
Regardless of how you authenticate, your SigParser role must have theCan Use MCP Endpointpermission enabled. Contact your SigParser admin if you need access.
