match_mealsreturns recipes ranked by what you can actually cook — with gaps listed for anything missing. Ask follow-ups: add missing items to Supply, schedule a meal on Manifest, deduct ingredients after you cook.
MCP tool calls aredeterministic and do not consume Ration credits. Receipt parsing and recipe extraction from pasted text run inyourLLM; Ration ingests structured items. Visual scan and URL import in the web/iOS app use optional credit packs. Copilot Ask is the same kitchen tools plus a conversation token meter.
