- Search disclosure filings with date/type filters.
- Get key financials: revenue, operating profit, net income, assets, liabilities.

Setting up with Highlight
This MCP is not yet compatible with Highlight’s one-click setup. However, you can still use it with Highlight by following these steps:
- Download and install Highlight from highlightai.com/download
- Navigate to the plugins tab and select "Add Custom Plugin"

From the repository
Add the server to your AI client’s MCP configuration (e.g., claude_desktop_config.json). Run with npx opendart-mcp and set the DART_API_KEY environment variable. A free API key is obtained from opendart.fss.or.kr. Corporate codes are downloaded automatically on first start.
search_company
Search for a Korean company and get basic corporate info (한국 기업 검색 및 기본 정보 조회). Input can be a company name (삼성전자), stock code (005930), or DART corp code (00126380).
search_disclosures
Search DART disclosure filings (공시 보고서 검색). Can search by company or browse all recent filings. Returns filing title, date, and DART link.
get_financial_summary
Get key financial data for a Korean company (기업 주요 재무 데이터 조회). Returns revenue, operating profit, net income, total assets/liabilities/equity with year-over-year change rates.
compare_financials
Compare financial data across multiple Korean companies (다중 회사 재무 비교). Shows revenue, operating profit, and net income side by side.
get_full_financial_statements
Get full financial statements with all account items (전체 재무제표 상세 조회). Returns every line item of BS, IS, CIS, CF, or SCE.

3. 인증키 신청 → API 키 발급 (즉시 발급, 무료)
4. 발급받은 키를 복사해두세요
2. 프로젝트 설치

.env 파일을 열어서 발급받은 API 키를 입력:

4. 기업 고유번호 데이터 다운로드 (선택)
npm run update-corp-codes
> 서버 최초 실행 시 자동으로 다운로드되므로 이 단계는 선택사항입니다. 수동으로 업데이트하고 싶을 때만 실행하세요.
