日本標準時（JST）で現在時刻を取得するツールを提供するMCP（Model Context Protocol）サーバーです。

このプロジェクトは、日本標準時（UTC+9）で現在時刻を返すget_current_time_JSTという単一のツールを持つシンプルなMCPサーバーを実装しています。スタンドアロンのコマンドラインツールとしても実行できます。
