Setting up with Highlight
This MCP is not yet compatible with Highlight’s one-click setup. However, you can still use it with Highlight by following these steps:
- Download and install Highlight from highlightai.com/download
- Navigate to the plugins tab and select "Add Custom Plugin"

From the repository
Clone the repository, install dependencies (npm install), and run locally with npx nx dev remote-mcp-server. Connect clients by pointing them to the server’s SSE endpoint (http://localhost:8787/sse). For deployment, create a KV namespace (npx wrangler kv namespace create OAUTH_KV), add the namespace ID to wrangler.jsonc, then run npm run deploy. Configure Claude Desktop by editing its config file to include an mcpServers entry using npx mcp-remote with your deployed Workers URL.
