Setting up with Highlight
This MCP is not yet compatible with Highlight’s one-click setup. However, you can still use it with Highlight by following these steps:
- Download and install Highlight from highlightai.com/download
- Navigate to the plugins tab and select "Add Custom Plugin"

From the repository
Point any MCP client to the remote endpoint https://mcp.startaiming.com/mcp and authenticate via OAuth on the first tool call. For example, with Claude Code run claude mcp add --transport http aim https://mcp.startaiming.com/mcp. Aim is a hosted commercial service; there is no self-hosted package to install.

This repository is the public connection guide and registry manifest for Aim's hosted MCP server. Aim is a hosted, commercial service, so there is no self-hosted package to install.

Authentication opens in your browser on the first tool call.

Settings -> Connectors -> Add custom connector, paste https://mcp.startaiming.com/mcp, click Connect, and complete the browser sign-in.

Open the custom-connector dialog, Add https://mcp.startaiming.com/mcp, then Connect and sign in to Aim. Works across Free, Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans.
Cursor, VS Code, and other MCP clients
Add a new MCP server in the app's settings with the URL https://mcp.startaiming.com/mcp, then authenticate in the browser on first use.

- Enterprise: unlimited users and custom layers, SSO + role-based access, DPA + EU/US data residency.
